So you have tried your Flinders Classic Sauce or your Flinders Classic Sauce HOT! On your pies, your sausages or your steak and you have even added it to your bolognese sauce, but have you tried:
Chicken Parmigiana
Take a crumbed skinless chicken schnitzel (one per meal) and fry it with a drizzle of olive oil. Take several slices of tomato (I prefer nice thick slices of a ripe hydroponic tomato) and place on the schnitzel, covering as much as possible. Now place the schnitzel under the grill for 2-3 minutes, just enough to lightly cook the tomato.
Next, pour your favourite Flinders Tomato Sauce over and around the tomato slices and place back under the grill for a minute.
Finally, place thinly sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese on top and place under the grill until lightly browned.
Serve with a fresh garden salad or lightly steamed vegetables.
